Shipping

If you are not local to us, we will be happy to ship your purchase. Smaller items will generally be sent USPS, unless you request otherwise. All items will be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking and insurance. Shipping for larger items will be decided on a case by case basis. Shipping time varies based on volume, but we strive to have your orders out within 2 days. If it will be longer than this, we will contact you. You will always receive a shipping notification from us with the delivery confirmation number. If you don't receive this, check your junk email folder, or feel free to contact us.


Returns

If you find you need to return an item to us, please contact us first. This way we know to expect the item and know why it is being returned.


Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Purchase, you may return any unused item within 15 days. We will issue a full refund, minus shipping and insurance. Custom made items may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the item. It may be difficult for us to sell an item that was custom made for you. If after recieving a return we find the item has been worn and/or damaged, your refund will be voided and the item returned to you.
